[ RETURN POLICY ]
We accept (for store credit) items that are unworn, unwashed, and free from any rips/tears, odors, animal hair, and/or make-up within 14 days of purchase. Tag must also be attached to purchased item(s).
Items that are FINAL SALE include: sale items/last chance and free gifts or promotional items. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If completing an exchange, customer will be responsible for cost of shipping new exchanged item. By purchasing online with 47° North Boutique you agree to the return policy stated here, on our website.
Additionally, 47° North Boutique does not issue credit or reserve items for returns still in transit and not yet received by the customer.
[ DEFECTIVE ITEMS ]
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any items that are defective* upon delivery please email 47° North Boutique at with pictures and details.
*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" policy.
47° North Boutique is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.
